Qualifications

• 10+ years in Recruitment or Executive Search, ideally in biotech, pharma, or tech.
• 5–7 years of people leadership in complex, matrixed, or global environments.
• Demonstrated success in building agile and networked recruitment teams.
• Proven experience in translating business strategies into talent strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic and operational delivery of recruitment across regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop geographically dispersed teams of Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Ensure adherence to standardized global recruitment processes.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and build hiring strategies.
