Job description

You will lead a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving process excellence across the Asia Pacific region. You will lead process governance, design, and stewardship across any SAP S/4HANA stream (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), ensuring understanding of global templates and business transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the regional process steward for SAP S/4HANA streams, ensuring adherence to global templates and governance standards.
  • Lead process mapping, blueprinting, and gap analysis across business functions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to design scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes.
  • Lead regional projects and change programs related to SAP implementations, process redesigns, and business transformations.
  • Develop change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
  • Support enterprise growth strategies including business model shifts such as omni-channel integration and eCommerce enablement.
  • Be the process owner and advocate for best practices across business units.
  • Develop Superusers and process champions in SAP and analytics tools.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualifications in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, SAP implementations, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (superuser or implementation lead) across one or more streams.
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations in a multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting omni-channel strategies and eCommerce integration preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (PowerBI, SAC).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
