The International Customer Specialist will be responsible for managing pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring efficient and accurate sales order processing, and enhancing customer experience. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, handling complex international orders, and participating in process optimization projects.
Prepare quotes in line with customer requirements and agreed margins.
Validate customer orders for accuracy and compliance with special pricing agreements.
Coordinate with internal service providers for effective sales order processing.
Ensure prompt and accurate sales order entry according to customer SLAs.
Validate purchase orders and select appropriate sources of supply.
Collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Operations to address order constraints and queries.
Maintain required materials with the material master team.
Resolve order blocks due to margins, credit limits, export control, etc.
Process returns and credits/re-bills in SAP promptly.
Serve as a contact point for customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Manage customer stock levels and optimize inventory with Partner Management and Logistics.
Support standard customer reporting requirements.
Resolve customer, account, order, and invoice queries proactively.
Participate in process and customer optimization projects.
Stay updated on system changes and European exporting regulations.
Develop strong customer and business account management relationships.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
1 year reselling experience, specializing in regional distributor and IT services provider.
2+ years of experience in International Sales Operations or Channel sales roles.
Experience with large, complex, and international customer orders.
High customer and sales orientation.
Strong problem-solving skills and reliability.
Basic knowledge of project facilitation.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
Assertiveness and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Knowledge of major IT manufacturers and their products.
Focus on simplifying complex solutions and promoting standard processes.
Leadership in process design and team coaching.
Strong communication skills in English.
Advanced knowledge of SAP (SD Module), OneTouch/Salesforce, MS Office, and E-Business Tools.
