Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Regional FP&A Analyst to join their team in Melaka. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. You will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and participate in up to 30% travel across the APAC region. Hybrid working mode is also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with regional exposure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential due to business needs.
• Willing to travel 20% to 30% within the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Compare actual financial results to forecasts, identifying key drivers of discrepancies.
