Qualifications

• Experience in corporate credit card administration, preferably with Citibank or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for incident resolution and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administration of Citibank corporate credit cards.
• Provide support for credit card-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Document and implement changes to improve credit card processes.
• Engage with APAC finance teams and Citibank representatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and prepare monthly statements.
• Support T&E-related projects and assist during critical transitions.
