About the Role
This position is essential for supporting the brand’s expansion, market positioning, and overall profile throughout the Asia Pacific and Australia regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the brand guardian for the Asia Pacific and Australia regions, ensuring all marketing assets, facilities, and materials are consistent with established brand standards.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for all regional events, exhibitions, conferences, and social engagements.
- Oversee media relations within the region to enhance brand visibility and strengthen public presence.
- Drive the development of sales collateral, presentations, and video content to support the Business Development (BD) teams in local markets.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video production to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Work closely with the BD team to collect content and develop a structured plan for social media posts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to ensure all service lines are accurately represented across online platforms.
- Assist in executing the regional digital marketing strategy and ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Manage the procurement of branded merchandise, corporate apparel, and PPE for the region.
- Support the updating of the intranet, website, and corporate videos in partnership with the Group Marketing team.
- Assist in internal communications, ensuring that all group-wide messages and initiatives are effectively implemented across the region.
- Serve as the main liaison for integration communications, coordinating with the Group to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Drive internal engagement efforts, including regional reward and recognition programs, as well as the implementation of internal awards initiatives.
- Provide support to the Regional Director by managing and distributing team communications as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous but not required.
