NAVI, short for Navigate, Advise, Value and International, is a corporate advisory firm HQ in Singapore with offices in KL and HK. The company aims to build meaningful relationships with clients by providing bespoke services and value-adding advice to help navigate growth paths and achieve objectives. NAVI offers business valuation services for deal advisory and financial reporting.

We are recruiting analysts who wish to pursue a career in the business valuation profession. The analyst will have exposure to various valuation projects such as business & intangible assets valuation, impairment assessment, financial instruments valuation. Additionally, the role will have direct client interaction in managing business valuation assignments and opportunity to travel overseas for site visit.

Perform independent valuation for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, for mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring.

Assist in market and industry research, construct and analyse financial models, develop financial models and draft of reports.

Assist in pitching for new projects, including preparation and presentation of proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials and technical documents.

Coordinate with client, auditor & other professionals and provide the support in relation to the valuation projects.

Undertake site visit to understand the business operations (where required).

Assist in client sourcing, deal sourcing and preparation of marketing materials.

The member will be a part of our KL office located at Bangsar South and will have the opportunity to work on cross-border assignments within the region.
