Lead High-Tech Projects – Join Us as an AMHS Project Manager!

Drive end-to-end AMHS projects from pre-sales engagement to post-sales delivery. Oversee planning, execution, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely delivery, quality support, and profitability in a high-tech semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage full project lifecycles including proposal, planning, execution and delivery.

Coordinate with relevant external parties including domestic and international customers, agencies, associations and business partners through meetings such as kick‑off and review meetings.

Communicate regularly with customers to ensure technical consultation with quality support, support business development and provide project status updates.

Coordinate and supervise with sales, product and design teams locally and headquarters in Shanghai to ensure customer requests are delivered accordingly.

Coordinate and supervise with operation and supply chain teams to meet project milestones; ensuring smooth handover and clear scope definition, identify risks, propose solutions and ensure timely issue resolution.

Works well with sales, accounting and finance teams on each project cost, margin and profitability.

Use of ERP system to track each project, prepare project reports and track closeout reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry equipment makers, wafer fab manufacturing, automation production planning, or production control.
• Experience in semiconductor industry AMHS, FEOL and BEOL wafer fabs, semiconductor equipment makers process flow, SOP, or system integration.
• Proficient in project management tools, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP/OA systems for project management, tracking and follow up.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet corporate goals.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 QMS principles and application in supply chain processes.
• Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.

Education

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
