Reporting to HEAD OF STUDENT AFFAIRS AND ALUMNI DEPARTMENT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Alumni Relations Unit
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive Alumni Register Database
• Develop and manage International Alumni Chapter
• Develop and manage Homecoming Events and activities
• Create and manage Alumni Newsletter
• Develop Alumni Association and related activities and contents to maintain good alumni relationships with the university, including:
• Alumni Association Web Page Management
• Social Activities
• Business Networking
• Manage Tracer Study on all alumni building from the start of the organisation
• Provide the necessary report on alumni background and status
• Identify notable alumni
• All other projects assigned
