Qualifications

  • 5 years as cook in an All-Day Dining / Banquet / Main in international brand hotels.
  • At least 3 years as a Chef de Partie or 1-year equivalent position.
  • Pre-opening experience in a resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage culinary operations ensuring high quality and standards in the kitchen.
  • Plan and prepare food in accordance with recipes and standards.
  • Monitor kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.
