Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related majors.
• Proficiency in English, capable of reading cutting-edge papers and international technical documents.
• Familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model inference tools.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, compress, accelerate trained large models into high-performance inference services.
• Design and optimize inference service deployment architecture.
• Develop core components of the model service platform for automated deployment.

Skills

Proficiency in English

Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Model inference tools (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, OpenVINO)

Model compression technologies (quantization, distillation, pruning)

Experience in developing large-scale distributed inference

GPU acceleration (CUDA, ROCm)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
