We are a Norwegian technology consulting company building delivery capacity in Malaysia. We are looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer / Automation Engineer to start as a freelancer, with a clear path to permanent employment after 6 months based on mutual agreement.

You will work on:

• Internal AI-powered products
• Client projects for Norwegian and international customers
• This role focuses on AI-driven automation, rapid prototyping, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n and/or Zapier
• Develop AI solutions using ChatGPT / OpenAI, Claude, and other LLMs
• Build internal and client‑facing applications using Databutton and Lovable
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and MVPs using low‑code / AI‑first platforms
• Integrate AI functionality into WordPress websites and plugins
• Design and run scheduled jobs using CronJobs
• Work with APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations
• Collaborate closely with international teams and clients

Requirements

• Experience as an AI Engineer, Automation Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, prompt engineering, RAG)
• Experience with n8n and/or Zapier
• Experience with Databutton and/or Lovable (or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of APIs and automation workflows
• Experience with CronJobs / schedulers
