Qualifications

Primary Details

Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Contingent Worker Builds, integrates, and deploys GenAI solutions using LLMs, with strong focus on coding, model fine-tuning, and MLOps practices.

Your New Role:

• Develop and deploy applications that use LLMs (e.g., chatbots, document analyzers, code generators).
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using custom datasets.
• Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), agents, or multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Integrate GenAI pipelines into production systems using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML, Databricks).
• Build and monitor inference APIs with performance and cost considerations.
• Apply prompt engineering, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including model explainability, bias mitigation, and security.

About You:

• Bachelor to Postgraduate Degree in a Quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Experience in producing insights from large datasets.
• Analytics experience with R, Python, Spark.
• Collaborative programming project experience.
• Comfortable in a Linux environment.
