What You’ll Do

• AI Model Development : Train and fine‑tune machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Data Pipelines Management : Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and processing.
• Deployment & Integration : Package, deploy, and integrate AI models into production systems using Docker, Git, and version control best practices.
• Monitoring & Maintenance : Implement logging, monitoring, and retraining workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of deployed models.
• Innovation Projects : Explore new AI tools, test proof‑of‑concepts, and contribute to R&D initiatives that push technology boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML projects or relevant software engineering roles. Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python programming, MySQL, Docker containerization, building or scaling data pipelines. Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks is a plus.
• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
