Job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented AI & Data Strategy Lead to take on a critical hybrid role at the intersection of Project Management and Data Governance.

You’ll be the linchpin, ensuring the integrity and consistency of our data while driving the full lifecycle of our most strategic AI, Analytics, and Data Management projects. This role is about managing, governing, and accelerating our innovation roadmap. The key responsibilities are explained below.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management – Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting for the AI/Data project portfolio. You’ll manage project dependencies (e.g., ensuring data pipelines are ready for AI models) and mitigate risks.
• AI & Data Governance – Define and implement robust data quality standards and governance policies. You’ll conduct regular data audits, recommend solutions, and ensure organizational compliance.
• Enablement & Standards – Facilitate effective communication across teams and manage key forums such as the Monthly AI Committee meetings. Develop best‑practice templates, promote data/AI literacy, and document reusable assets across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and proficiency in project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field).
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CDMP) are a significant plus.
