About the Role

We’re building a next‑generation hybrid‑cloud management platform that combines Generative AI and classical ML to help businesses optimize cost, reliability, and operations. As Data Architect, you’ll own the design and delivery of a strong data foundation—ensuring our data is clean, well‑organized, and ready to power analytics, AI models, and intelligent agents.

You’ll work closely with Backend, Product, and AI teams to make data accessible, reliable, and governed, while enabling advanced AI capabilities like prompt management, memory architectures, and fine‑tuning workflows. You’ll also work with solution architects to deploy and customize our solutions for specific customer use‑cases.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain scalable real‑time data pipelines and core data assets across the platform for structured and unstructured data.
  • Define and enforce data quality, governance, and security standards, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Organize and model data for analytics, ML, and AI agents, including conversational and behavioral datasets.
  • Support AI‑specific needs such as prompt logging, memory management, model finetuning, and AI system evaluation datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data is discoverable, documented, and optimized for performance and cost.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and building reliable, scalable data platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with distributed data systems and modern data tools (e.g., Airflow, Kafka, PySpark).
  • Working knowledge of multiple database types, including relational, document, vector, and graph databases.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Experience with data pipelines for supervised ML and Agentic AI is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Exposure to cost management and data operations on public cloud platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Ability to lead data strategy and mentor junior engineers.
  • (Nice to have) Familiar with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for data workload.
Why Join Us?

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the data backbone, enabling smarter, cost‑efficient operations for businesses worldwide. This is an opportunity to influence architecture, set standards, and work on cutting‑edge AI‑driven solutions.
