• Providing expert advice and guidance on soil management, crop nutrition, and pest/disease control to maximise agricultural productivity
• Conducting regular field assessments and crop monitoring to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with the farming team to implement innovative farming techniques and technologies
• Analysing data and generating detailed reports to inform strategic decision‑making
• Staying up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in agronomy and sharing knowledge with the team
• Ensuring all farming activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor's degree or higher in agronomy, agricultural science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an agronomist, preferably in a commercial farming environment
• Excellent knowledge of soil science, crop physiology, integrated pest management, and precision agriculture
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
