Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of valid driving licence with confident on-site driving ability
• Proven experience in plantation or farm management (palm oil and/or fruits)
• Fluent and well-versed in Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing field operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for daily operations
• Possesses own transport and willing to work on-site

Plantation & Farm Operations

• Oversee daily operations of a 600-acre palm oil plantation and 100-acre fruits farm
• Plan, monitor, and execute harvesting, fertilisation, planting, and maintenance activities
• Ensure farming practices meet productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor yields, operational costs, and farm performance

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise, manage, and coordinate a team of 15 plantation and farm workers
• Assign daily work schedules and ensure efficient manpower utilisation
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of workers
• Provide on-the-job guidance and ensure compliance with work procedures

Operations Control & Reporting

• Maintain basic operational records, including harvest output, manpower, and farm inputs
• Identify issues on-site and implement corrective actions promptly
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
• Report operational performance and issues to management
