About the Role

Lead the execution and coordination of strategic initiatives in partnership with Agency Leaders to drive performance, enhance recruitment outcomes, and exceed key business targets.

Strategic Recruitment Planning

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.

Performance Monitoring & Support

Leverage company‑provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.

Recruitment Performance Analysis

C onduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Distribution Optimization

Enhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.

Field Engagement & Issue Resolution

Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch‑level challenges.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.

Conflict Mediation

Serve as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.

Culture & Capability Building

Foster a high‑performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.

Additional Duties

Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general insurance or marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, resourceful, and able to engage effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
