About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team from operation, analytics to project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role especially in client acquisition. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytic, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • You will be the person behind our affiliate campaigns, own and run B2B lead generation campaigns targeting SEA
  • You will work with local teams to identify areas for improvements throughout our partner’s lifecycle and provide actionable plans
  • You will design the partner email journey, streamline the operation flow and document them in SOP
  • You love to monitor partner's performance and traffic, analyse data and formulate strategy to optimise their conversion rate
  • You love to run experiments to improve partner’s performance
  • You love to use data to identify new opportunities in new and established markets
  • You will execute affiliate marketing campaigns with our internal stakeholders such as content, creative, campaign local team
  • You will manage partner website delivery e.g content planning, website visual and development
  • You will be involved in projects to nurture our partners such as online webinar, partner chatbox & partner help center
  • You will ensure timely delivery of projects and collaborate with multiple counterparts
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role
  • Good understanding of affiliate channel, online performance marketing channels and digital marketing in general
  • Experience in campaign management and tracking
  • Comfortable speaking with different stakeholders both internal and external
  • Comfortable with numbers, and able to come up with analysis & insights based on data
  • Self‑motivated, result‑driven and open to learning new skills
