Premier Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Aesthetic Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments and services to our patients. What you'll be doing

• Assisting medical practitioners in the delivery of a wide range of aesthetic treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workflow
• Providing exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, guiding them through treatment processes, and answering any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations
• Supporting the team in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• A Diploma in Nursing or Beauty is a plus, but experience as a clinical assistant or in beauty salon therapy is also welcome.
• Previous experience as an Aesthetic Medical Assistant or a similar role in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Excellent clinical skills, with a strong understanding of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive and reassuring experience for patients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
