We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Admissions Officer to join our dynamic team.

Will work closely with the Admissions Manager and the team to deliver first class customer service to all stakeholders, with the primary aim of maintaining high retention rates and driving new enrolments to exceed existing targets.
To promptly attend to all admissions enquiries about the Schools (both International and National curriculums).
Be responsible for all aspects of the admissions policies and processes, including conducting admissions tests, preparation of offer letters and visa applications.
Remain professional, calm and composed with difficult parents, students and visitors.
Execute any admissions strategy and key initiatives related to student enrolment.
Work closely with the academic and administrative team to market school events and provide input to publications.
Organise, support and attend school Open Days, exhibitions and roadshows to promote the schools and increase brand awareness
Maintain good relationships with local agencies and feeder schools to promote ties with the local community.
Manage all aspects of enquiries, with up-to‑date records of all contact points with prospective parents/students into HubSpot and provide weekly hot leads projection and enrolment to Line Manager
Maintain healthy and high team spirit towards achieving enrolment set target
To communicate feedback from parents in a systematic manner to various stake holders.
To ensure parents receive a response from school in a timely manner.
To be familiar with all functions of the Admissions Department and to fill in for an absent colleague, including reception desk duty.
Perform other related duties as required.
Possesses at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a Business‑related discipline
At least 2 year working experience in sales. Prior experience in Education industry is an added advantage.
Has a good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency inMandarin language (spoken and written).
Demonstrates good interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving skills and is a self‑starter.
