A manufacturing company in Seberang Perai, Malaysia, is seeking a candidate to manage plant administration, including payroll processes, employee benefits, and various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, along with proficiency in MS Excel and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities also include managing materials purchasing, planning manager meetings, and overseeing employee activities, ensuring a dynamic and efficient work environment.
Manage plant administration, includes attendance, overtime, shift and leave report and related tasks in a timely manner and efficient manner.
Execute the payroll processes in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Perform compile employee benefits and compensation information, checking of data integrity to ensure reliable reporting.
Coordinate any plant administration as instructed by superior
Preparations and planning for manager meetings including operations and management conferences.
Client or VIP Guest hospitality, ensuring all visitors receives a high level of attention and service.
Manage the purchasing of consumable products including toilet and cafe supplies, cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Manage the reception, administration, cleaner, facility maintenance, and security guard processes.
Manage travel processes for all managers and employees.
Manage aspects of the shipping and receiving process.
Manage the employee hostel and facilities tour for new hire in orientation process.
Manage cleaner and office admin on workflows and communications for continuous improvement to support operations.
Manage the tenancy agreement process, and the hostel maintenance audit quarterly.
Follows established practices and procedures to resolve routine problems.
Assigns tasks and monitors daily operation according to established guidelines, procedure and polices.
Oversee the maintenance services schedule and communicate with vendor if needed.
Organize employee activities and programs such as coordinating Annual Dinner event, Company outing, organizing Company related event, CSR programs etc.
Other duties include assist in operational coordination, data analysis and reporting, participating in various departmental projects, and any management assistance or duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, Pivot Table, Excel Formula and Functions, MS Excel Marco, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
