As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations at our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team
  • Managing and maintaining office systems, records and databases
  • Scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and managing the calendar
  • Handling correspondence, including email, telephone and written communication
  • Assisting with the coordination of events and office activities
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and data entry
  • Liaising with external stakeholders, clients and suppliers as required
