Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including filing and record-keeping.
  • Assist in preparing reports and internal documentation.
  • Process work permit and visa applications.
  • Maintain and update databases and records.
  • Coordinate meetings and company events.
  • Serve as point of contact for inquiries.
  • Support HR-related admin tasks like attendance tracking.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks, such as attendance tracking and employee documentation
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and procurement tasks
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Director
