Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain client databases, tax files, and master control listings.
  • Prepare official correspondence, conduct web research, and provide administrative support to Directors.
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes including AMLA/Reputational/PCAF checklists and engagement letters.
  • Manage LOE workflows including receipt, stamping, tracking, and client return.
  • Support XBRL cases by following up on AFS, updating trackers, and preparing client acknowledgements.
  • Handle client documentation, invoice issuance, set up Symphony accounts and completed vendor forms.
  • Monitor receivables and issue payment reminders.
  • Assist in drafting standard resolutions, filing annual returns, updating company secretary software and manage statutory records.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a degree in Administrative Management, Finance, Commerce or Accounting.
  • Fresh graduates and those with less than 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results-orientated team player.
  • Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
  • Computer literate, well-versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day-to-day office applications.
