Manage day-to-day office operations, including procuring office supplies, maintaining office, canteen & hostel facilities.
Organize, maintain, and secure company documents and records.
Track and process administrative expenses and employee reimbursements.
Assist in preparing and monitoring the administrative budget.
Organize company meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Support the implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain office safety and security protocols.
Provide additional support as directed by the HR & Admin Manager.
Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
