  • Handle all payment transaction for customer’s account.
  • Process incoming mail for the department.
  • Follow up on collection status with collector personnel.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation.
  • Audit and check payments for validity.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the collections manager.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies.

Job description
  • 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. / 5 days / Monday to Friday only
  • Earn Basic RM1,700 (Candidates are welcome to demand their Salary based on their Admin Experiences too)
  • Earn Commission Up to RM300++
  • Attendance Allowance RM100
  • Increment after Confirmation from RM1,700 to RM1,800

Responsibilities
  • Handle all payment transaction for customer’s account (emails, WhatsApp)
  • Process incoming mail for the department; Scan, attach and update accounts as needed
  • Follow up on collection status with collector personnel
  • Follow up with Customers to request proper documentation for claims purpose
  • Audit and check payments to ensure validity
  • Complete tasks and projects assigned by the collections manager
  • Maintain adherence with all department and company policies and procedures
