Job description

• Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirement.
• To send all company reports, letters and documents to related government offices (Local Authority/ Customs etc) in relation to work requirements.
• Undertaking ad-hoc assignments, when necessary, with regards to the support of the company events, at Head Office or even branches level, through the instruction from the immediate superior.
• To coordinate any movement of Porsche vehicle(s) assigned as when required.
• To supervise and monitor the demo cars’ road tax and vehicles insurance.
• Ensure adequate beverage supplies and up-to-date reading materials in customer area and delivery bay.
• To assist with any administration matters in relation to Sales, Finance & After Sales Dept as instructed. Hence, employee will be required to take instructions from the respective Heads from time to time.
