Join the team at TDK-Lambda Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a full-time Admin Officer based in Senai, Johor. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation's day-to-day operations. As an integral part of the team, you will play a key part in helping the company achieve its goals.

What you'll be doing

Foreign workers service - Liaison with Foreign Worker agents for work permits & passport renewal, FOMEMA, bank, safety, Foreign Worker movement, reporting absconded and monthly billing.

Liaison with Foreign Worker agents for general administration Hostel and transportation.

Plant security management - Security guard service including rules development, update & enforcement of implementation and monthly billing.

Compliance of C-TPAT requirements & procedures maintenance.

Administrating outsources service contractor – Canteen and cleaner.

CTPAT related checklist and requirement - Maintaining company CCTV & Barrier Gate.

Practice and implement in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 13485.

Supporting MD's and visitor travelling as a driver whenever required.

What we're looking for

Possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in HR Management/Development or equivalence.

Minimum 1 year working experience in HR or admin job function.

Knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act & etc.

Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills and high level of integrity.

Fundamental computer knowledge - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure efficient workflow.

Driving license with minimum D class.

Ability to work after regular work hour and outstation.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
