As the Human Resource Manager at Union Care (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent management strategy and ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related functions. Based in Kulali Johor, this full-time position will see you overseeing the company's recruitment, employee development, employee relations initiatives and daily human resource activities.

What you'll be doing

Developing and set up Human Resource Team with right number of manpower. Train and develop the team into function.

Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures and best practices

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management and employee engagement

Providing strategic HR advice and solutions to support the company's business objectives

Administering employee benefits, compensation, and other HR-related programmes

Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations

Collaborating with department heads to identify and address talent management needs

Leading, coaching and developing the HR team to drive continuous improvement

Develop performance evaluation scheme for the company

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the services industry

Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to partner effectively with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
