  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership & Governance
  • Head of Admin & HR Department; responsible for department direction and performance.
  • Oversees both Admin and HR functions to ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Approves HR decisions, policies, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensures compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Administration
  • Supervises and manages all administrative functions:
    • Office administration
    • Canteen services
    • Cleaners (5S)
    • Factory and office security (security team)
    • Transport and hostel management
    • Company assets and facilities
  • Develops and implements Admin-related SOPs, systems, and processes.
  • Manages administrative budgets, expenditure control, and cost-optimisation initiatives.
