Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to manage key HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, and a relevant degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job description

Handle key HR functions, including staff claims, performance appraisals, letter preparation, attendance monitoring, HR reporting, and general employee relations matters.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support to branch managers.

Manage employee relations issues by implementing appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with internal SOPs and Malaysian labour laws.

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, and candidate follow-up.

Support initiatives to maintain a harmonious, productive, and positive working environment.

Perform other related ad‑hoc HR tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements

SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ working experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to generalist functions.

Familiar with HR processes and Malaysian labour law.
