Job summary

We are seeking a dependable Admin Executive who plays a key role in keeping the office and operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
📄 Office & Documentation
  • Manage daily correspondence, emails, letters and official documents
  • Prepare, check and amend letters, reports, minutes and submissions with attention to detail
  • Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems
🏗️ Project & Office Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document preparation, printing, filing and record tracking
  • Assist in the administrative preparation, handling and submission logistics for KM, BP, Tender and construction stages.
  • Coordinate document delivery, collection and proper filing between office, clients, consultants and authorities.
  • Liaise with consultants, authorities and suppliers strictly on administrative and documentation matters.
💼 Accounts & HR Support
  • Assist with basic accounts data entry, claims and record keeping
  • Support payroll documentation and general HR administrative matters
🔧 General & Facilities Support
  • Support office assets and facilities administration, including office vehicles, maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
  • Liaise with vendors, building management and JMB on facilities‑related matters
  • Maintain basic records for servicing, warranties and maintenance follow-ups
👤 What We’re Looking For
✅ Essential
  • Malaysian citizen, Male ONLY
  • Minimum Diploma in Administration, Business, Accounting or related field
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
  • Able to read, understand and amend documents accurately
  • Valid driving (D) licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organised, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling confidential information and company assets responsibly
