Position Overview

We are looking for an Administrative & Translation Specialist to provide crucial support to our business. This role is central to our operations, ensuring flawless communication. The ideal candidate is an organized professional with exceptional translation skills in Korean, Chinese, and English, who can also grasp complex business concepts to translate documents with perfect accuracy. You will be the backbone of administrative efficiency and a key player in cross-cultural communication.

Core Functions
Business Translation & Communication

Accurately translate business documents, reports, emails, presentations, and strategic plans from English/Malay to Korean/Chinese and vice‑versa.

Ensure all translations are contextually correct, capture business nuances, and maintain the professional tone required for top management and stakeholder communication.

Act as a real‑time interpreter during virtual or in‑person meetings between the KL team and Korea HQ.

Occasionally serve as a translator‑guide for Korean or Chinese‑speaking tourist groups, explaining gallery concepts and ensuring an excellent visitor experience.

Administrative & Business Support

Manage all administrative paperwork for the directors, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation.

Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Help organize meetings, take precise minutes, and follow up on action items.

Maintain an organized system for commercial documents, contracts, and partnership records.

Business Acumen & Liaison

Develop a clear understanding of Immersify KL's business model, operational structure, and strategic goals to perform informed translations.

Serve as a reliable liaison to ensure messages and instructions are conveyed diligently and correctly between all parties.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Languages: Professional fluency in Korean and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, in addition to excellent command of English and Malay.

Experience: Proven experience in translation, administrative support, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Ability to quickly understand and translate complex business terminology.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Details

Base Monthly Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,500 (commensurate with experience).

RM 200 for verified professional Korean proficiency.

RM 200 for verified professional Chinese proficiency.

RM 200 for each additional professional language (e.g., Japanese, Arabic) except Malay and English.
