Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for purchasing needs.
  • Prepare simple reports, invoices, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Skills
