Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.
Oversee staff and director insurance, including payments and renewals.
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
Assist with director expense claims and reimbursements.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and company events for staff and management.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring requests are directed or escalated appropriately.
Coordinate IT systems and services, including hardware, software, telephony, security, and service renewals.
