Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage office operations efficiently, including handling correspondence, managing phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-organized and functional workspace.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them appropriately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating training sessions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring data is up-to-date.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Provide support for company events and activities, including logistics and coordination.
