As our Administrative Executive, you will be the backbone of our office efficiency. You will manage the complete document lifecycle, coordinate essential office logistics, and act as a key liaison between our operations, suppliers, and management.

Job Scope
  • Maintain filing system in accordance with guidelines.
  • Validate, match, and verify all incoming documents to ensure accuracy before filing.
  • Track the flow of documents requiring approval and signatures.
  • Handle general office administration and maintenance, and coordinate with service providers.
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality and security for all company records.
  • Provide on‑site support for various operational needs as arise.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Arrange events, draft formal business letters and capture accurate meeting minutes, translation (Malay & English) for internal and external documents.
  • Schedule and organize department activities and manage appointments.
  • Undertake assignments, ad‑hoc tasks, and related duties as assigned by the HOD or Manager.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, including regular stock checks and vendor coordination, to maintain optimal supply levels at all times.
