Support the development and implementation of departmental initiatives, including:
5S methodology and other new projects deployment (labelling, KDS, Inventory)
Creation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Kitchen Manual
Development of cleaning checklists and labeling guidelines
Collaborate with the new outlet opening team to establish and document operational procedures:
Design acceptance checklists
Update and enhance pre-opening workflows
Maintain and organize monthly reports identifying underperforming branches with significant issues, as flagged by chefs for Chef Audit, QA audit, etc; compile data and insights for management review.
Monitor and follow up on the completion timelines for Corrective Action Reports (CARs) for Chef Audit.
Draft and distribute internal departmental announcements/Memo as needed.
Log and compile reports on validated online customer complaints in Excel for further analysis.
Conduct a monthly review and comparison of stock loss reports across branches and provide support on stock loss management.
Highlight and document branches facing critical operational challenges or consistently poor food cost performance.
Develop standardized order forms to streamline ordering processes across all branches.
