We are seeking a skilled and organised Admin Executive to join our team at SVB Sdn Bhd in Gelang Patah, Johor. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.

What you’ll be doing

Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Providing support for meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Assisting with travel arrangements and expense management.

Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

Maintaining office supplies and inventory.

Supporting the management team with ad‑hoc projects and tasks as required.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Admin Executive, preferably in a similar industry.

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
