Are you someone with a strong serving attitude, high responsibility, and the passion to support top-level management? We are looking for a dedicated Secretary to work closely with our Group Managing Director (GMD) and ensure his day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Work directly with the GMD as his primary personal and business support.

Coordinate closely with the GMD’s personal driver for daily movement, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements.

Manage and organize the GMD’s daily business agenda, appointments, and workflow.

Provide simple administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation, basic correspondence and manage company-wide travel bookings.

Ensure proactive follow‑up and smooth execution of all tasks assigned by the GMD.

What We’re Looking For

Strong serving mindset, professional attitude, and willingness to handle dynamic needs.

Able to commit to long working hours (8am–8pm, Monday to Friday).

Basic secretarial or administrative background preferred.

Mandarin‑speaking ability is an added advantage.

Highly organized, discreet, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Remuneration package will reflect the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM schedule.

Flexibility may apply from time to time (e.g., 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or occasional early release) depending on superior needs and operational requirements.
