Job summary

A reputable engineering company in Klang City is seeking an organized individual for an administrative role. The candidate must be proficient in both English and Malay, possess excellent time management skills, and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing general office support. This is a full-time position requiring a diploma in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering, with a monthly salary ranging from RM 1,700 to RM 2,500.

  4. Liaise with technician for received repair items.
  5. Backup sales processing as and when required.
  6. Providing general office support, including filing and data entry in system.
  7. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of assigned management.
  8. Handling correspondence and communication with technical team.
