Handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies, pantry, letters and stationery
Maintain employee records, files, and databases in an organized and secure manner.
Recruitment Duties:
Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms/requirement agency
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Conduct reference checks and follow up on recruitment processes.
Maintain recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles and recruitment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
