Requirement
  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting or admin support
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and team player
Responsibility
Finance & Accounting:
  • Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records and other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Support monthly closing and other accounting processes
  • Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding finance matters
Administrative Support:
  • Maintain employee and candidate records in HR systems
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication, and other ad hoc administrative support
  • Support recruitment data entry, such as uploading resumes and updating candidate tracking
  • General office administration tasks, including filing and documentation
  • Provide support to HR and other departments as needed
