Administrative Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital documents)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when needed
  • Support management and staff with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure administrative and financial records are up to date and organized. Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
