Job summary

A prominent construction company in Penang seeks a candidate for inventory management and administrative tasks.   • Receive, inspect and store incoming parts for lorries and construction machinery.
  • Issue parts to mechanics and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances and returns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and manage office operations, including document control, filing, scanning, and handling general paperwork.
  • Support site recruitment, track attendance and maintain accurate records for staff general affairs.
  • Ensure all work aligns with ISO standards and internal company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between the project site and HQ office to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least STPM / Certificate / Diploma in or any equivalent in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years related working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCount.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Capable of working independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude.
