If you’re someone who enjoys supporting daily operations, handling documents, and ensuring that everything is in order behind the scenes — this role is for you. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining efficiency across departments and providing top-notch administrative support.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude — you don’t wait to be told, you get things done
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone calls and assist clients with their inquiries
  • Monitor, record, and manage the flow of documents — from despatch to receipt
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents and records
  • Liaise and follow up with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain updated filing systems (both soft copy and physical)
  • Support management in other administrative duties as assigned
