Role Overview
As a redONE evangelist, the Assistant, Sales Support is a key figure in managing pre‑ and post‑sales processes with deep exposure to the RSS system. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and effective cross‑functional coordination.
Key accountabilities include:
- Onboarding of new partners via RSS and upcoming Partner Onboarding platforms.
- Managing all correspondence and escalations between the Channel team and internal departments, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Monitoring and maintaining POSM stock levels to ensure availability and proper disbursement.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality within allocated budgets.
- Preparing and providing accurate data and reports to support sales team strategies and decisions.
- Responding promptly to communications via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram.
- Delivering training (onsite/online) for partners, sales teams, and new staff on RSS, MPartner, product SOPs, etc., acting as the first point of contact for MPartner knowledge for channel partners.
- Attending company‑related events/functions as necessary.
- Performing additional tasks as required by management and reporting manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding
- a. Verify all partner onboarding documentation and information prior to escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- b. Update and manage the full lifecycle of partner applications (submission, pending, to escalate, ID created) within a 24‑hour SLA.
- c. Master and support all processes related to:
- New Partner Recruitment
- Transfer of Ownership (ToO)
- Re‑join Requests
- Upgrade & Downgrade of Partner Status
- d. Serve as key person for MyPartner Portal.
- e. Submission of Monthly RSA Report to GTM Sales.
- Training & Liaison HQ
- a. To train partners for any new products, processes & system enhancements.
- b. Support LDU HQ in assessing and training partners.
- c. Compile partners' and partner staff feedback received during training, and submit a training report as the assigned trainer and liaison.
- PR Submission & Execution
- Roadshow Activities
- i. Submit quarterly Forecast Roadshow Planning Reports (from SM/RH) for GTM approval.
- ii. Prepare and submit PRs for Roadshows, SA BOM, and Partner Gatherings/Meetings.
- iii. Prepare Monthly Roadshow Reports, including Proof of Execution (POE) and Activation Reports (post‑event) to Trade Marketing (TM) team.
- POSM & Makeover
- i. Handle end‑to‑end POSM procurement: sourcing, PR submission, disbursement, and stock tracking.
- ii. Submit Monthly Inventory Stocktake Reports to Trade Marketing (TM) team.
- iii. Provide Regional Purchase Order (PO) reports with complete invoices and job completion photos (e.g., for banner/signage installations) to Finance.
- Devices Management
- i. Forecast and submit device requirements to redON based on run rates and inputs from SM/RH.
- ii. Perform stock‑out activities in redPOS and manage stock distribution upon receipt of devices.
- Admin
- a. Answering emails, phone calls, WhatsApp / Telegram and any correspondence.
- b. Competitive comparison between telco, product, marketing, promotion, and commission.
- c. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the sales team in performance tracking and decision‑making.
- d. Finance Related:
- i. Monthly Petty Cash Claim Report
- ii. Monthly Courier services invoice
- iii. Triton – Service, Repaid & Maintenance (If required)
- e. HR Related:
- i. Monthly Attendance Report & Documentations
- ii. Monthly triton milage
- f. Trade Marketing Related:
- i. Annually Premier Shop (PS) Operation Status Report
- ii. TVS - PS Blue Pepper Latest Visual Updates
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages; a local dialect is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, dynamic, result‑oriented, with excellent presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to grow.
- Personal qualities: Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform in a challenging environment, as well as being a team player.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- This is a full‑time position based in Kuantan, Pahang.
