A reputable company in the logistics sector located in Malacca City is seeking a motivated individual to provide high-quality sales service and maintain good relationships with customers. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, while demonstrating strong time management and multitasking skills. Previous experience of at least 1 year is preferred. The role includes planning shipments and preparing shipping documents. Availability to start after Chinese New Year is necessary.
1. Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with customers and Principal.
2. Work closely with the team and provide the relevant info to customers.
3. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
4. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Prepare shipping documents (like Invoices & Delivery Order).
6. Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management.
With 1+ years prior experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
A communicator who works well independently and is a team player.
Good time management skills and ability to multitask, project management skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Available to commence work after Chinese New Year.
